I used the term Veg*an, because when I started this blog we were vegetarian, so the recipes I used and shared were either vegan or were easily veganised. Now they are 100% vegan :) Other stats: happily married for umpteen yrs. with a very full house (4 kids, 9 cats, 1 dog, & a potbelly piggy)WAHM (proprietor), Yoga Instructor and home school teacher.
